J03153 Cumberland MD *RPPC of NARROWS This is a real picture postcard titled: The Narrows Cumberland MD which is an aerial view - looking down on the road (which has old cars running down it)that runs along the water ( river ?)- off to the right there is 3 sets of railroad tracks, even showing a small building that must have been used for the railroad and off to the left there is 2 sets of tracks / if you are familiar with the area, you may be able to identify exactly where the picture was taken. The stamp block has A Z O and squares in the corners which is suppose to be for the years 1927 to 1940's / someone had paperclipped this postcard as is evident from the dents (not really noticeable but there if you are looking)-minor corner/edge wear.
