The Desert itself covers approximately 500 acres and is still growing, with possibilities of extending into several thousand more in the next 25 to 30 years. It is a spot no tourist should fail to visit. Only two miles from Main Highway, Route 1, in Freeport, Maine / pub by The collotype Co / there is a light crease mark on the right hand side of the card near the bottom / corners are only slightly worn / appears to have been hand colored /

E04217 Isleford, ME - a banner postcard This is a banner (has Isleford inside the banner) postcard from Maine / wording: Ven Vill You Kum Back to Isleford - I'm Vaiting For Youse Already and showing a little dutch boy sitting on a pilon with a sling shot in his back pocket and wearing wooden shoes / is postmarked Islesford, Maine (IS is name is smudged) and I believe the year to be 1913 / Islesford, ME does have two S's but the name on the front only has one / Good if you collect typo postcards too! / ink smudging mainly to the left side of the card and there are a couple of wrinkles on the right including the corners
